Prepare the Package
Carefully place the eyewear in its original designer case and cleaning cloth, ensuring all protective films and tags are still intact.
Ship to GEM
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure a tracked delivery.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the frames, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
